  • Attend your consultation to discuss your skin concerns, medical history and treatment goals.
  • Stay well hydrated in the days leading up to your appointment to support skin healing.
  • Avoid excessive sun exposure, sunbeds and fake tan for 1–2 weeks before treatment.
  • Stop using retinoids (retinol, tretinoin), exfoliating acids (AHAs/BHAs) and other potentially irritating skincare products for 5–7 days beforehand, unless advised otherwise.
  • Avoid waxing, threading or depilatory creams on the treatment area for 5–7 days before your appointment.
  • Arrive with clean skin free from make-up, moisturiser and sunscreen where possible.
  • Inform Rupesh if you have an active skin infection, cold sore outbreak, are pregnant, breastfeeding or have recently taken isotretinoin.

  • Your skin will be cleansed thoroughly before treatment.
  • A topical numbing cream is applied to maximise comfort.
  • Your treatment plan and settings are customised according to your skin type, concerns and treatment area.
  • Fine insulated needles create controlled micro-channels while delivering radiofrequency energy into the deeper layers of the skin to stimulate collagen and elastin production.
  • Treatment usually takes 45–60 minutes, depending on the areas being treated.
  • Mild warmth, pressure and a prickling sensation are normal during the procedure.
