*****

At London Lip Clinic, safety, honesty, and beautiful, natural-looking results come first—every time. This Care Promise sets out what you can expect from us before, during, and after your treatment, and how we hold ourselves accountable.

1) Safety First—ALWAYS

  • We follow UK best-practice frameworks for non-surgical aesthetics (Saveface/JCCP/CPSA guidance) and work only within our training and competence.

  • Emergency-ready: Hyaluronidase, Anaphylaxis Kit and a written complications pathway are on site for every injectable session.

  • We use UK-sourced, licensed medicines and CE/UKCA-marked devices. Batch/lot numbers are recorded in your notes and can be shared on request.

2) Medically Qualified , Accountable Care

  • Your injectable treatment is delivered by Rupesh, experienced clinician with over 15yrs experience with current indemnity and up-to-date life-support and complications training.

  • When you require another treatment which may not do and is better served elsewhere, we refer—no ego, no delay.

3) Transparent Consultations & Informed Consent

  • You’ll get clear explanations of benefits, limits, alternatives (including doing nothing), costs, and risks—common and rare.

  • No pressure selling. For new injectable patients we encourage a cooling-off period so you can decide in your own time.

  • You’ll receive written pre- and post-care and a copy of your consent.

4) Product Provenance You Can Trust

  • We never use decanted or unlabelled products. We never store half used products.

  • Toxins, fillers, numbing agents and skincare are from authorised UK distributors. We document brand, batch, and expiry in your record.

5) Personalised, Natural-Looking Plans

  • We plan treatments around your anatomy, goals, lifestyle and downtime.

  • “Start low, go slow” dosing and staged plans reduce risk and over-treating.

  • We won’t promise what isn’t achievable or safe.

6) Risk Disclosure & Prevention

  • We explain what’s normal, what’s not, and exactly what we do if a complication occurs (e.g., vascular occlusion, ptosis, infection, delayed swelling ).

  • Patch-testing and parameter selection are used for energy-based treatments where appropriate.

7) Follow-Up that doesn’t disappear after payment

  • Review appointments at clinically appropriate intervals (e.g., ~2 weeks for wrinkle-relaxing reviews).

  • Clear red-flag guidance and an urgent contact route for out-of-hours concerns.

8) Complication & Escalation Pathway

  • Recognise: We train you to spot warning signs (e.g., increasing pain, blanching/mottling, sudden vision changes).

  • Respond: Immediate on-site assessment and, where indicated, evidence-based interventions (e.g., hyaluronidase protocol).

9) Pricing Clarity—No Surprises

  • Published price bands with what’s included (consultation, product range, review policy).

  • Any additional costs (e.g., dissolving, extra product, prescriptions) are explained before you decide.

10) Inclusive, Ethical Practice

  • We welcome all skin tones and genders and tailor protocols to your Fitzpatrick type and medical history.

  • Safeguarding, chaperone, and “fit-for-treatment” policies (including screening for body-dysmorphic concerns) protect your wellbeing.

  • We follow UK advertising rules around prescription-only medicines.

11) Hygiene & Infection Control

  • Medical-grade skin prep, single-use needles/cannulas, aseptic technique, and regulated clinical waste disposal—every time.

12) Your privacy & data

  • We comply with UK GDPR. Photos are stored securely and never used without your explicit consent.

13) Feedback & complaints

  • We make it easy to give feedback (good or bad).

  • If we fall short, we’ll apologise and fix what we can.

What we don’t do

  • We don’t upsell unsafe “trends,” chase viral fads, or treat outside our competence.

  • We don’t rush consultations, promise guaranteed outcomes, or hide costs.

  • We don’t perform injectables without full medical history, consent, and appropriate supervision.

What we ask of you

  • Tell us your full medical history (including medications, allergies, recent illness, previous treatments).

  • Follow pre- and post-care instructions, attend reviews, and contact us early if anything feels wrong.

  • Let us know if your goals or health change—we’ll adapt your plan.

Quick-reference: If you need help now

  • Severe pain, blanching/mottling, or vision symptoms after filler: this is urgent—contact us immediately and seek emergency care.

  • Rapid swelling, breathing difficulty, rash, or dizziness: call emergency services.

  • Otherwise, use the urgent contact we provide on your aftercare sheet for same-day advice.
