I had been struggling with excessive underarm sweating for a long time—it was really uncomfortable and started affecting my confidence. I tried different roll-ons recommended by my GP, but nothing worked.

A friend of mine mentioned that her sister had the same issue and got treated by Dr. Rupesh with Botox for hyperhidrosis, and it worked really well for her. That gave me the push I needed to book a consultation.

Honestly, I wasn’t sure if the treatment would work for me, and I was also a bit scared about the pain and the whole process. But Dr. Rupesh was incredibly patient, kind, and professional. He took the time to explain everything in detail and really helped put my mind at ease.

What a brilliant treatment I see results on my first visit 4 weeks apart, I went back yesterday had my 2nd lot . I must say I can’t wait to see my results it gets better in time .My face looks fresher more supple skin , this is truly a good treatment . Highly recommend  . It didn’t hurt just like having Botox, not to much down time which is good.

Sculptra is an injectable collagen stimulator containing poly-L-lactic acid, a biodegradable material.

Collagen contributes to the structure and firmness of the skin. As facial tissues change with age, reduced collagen and changes in underlying volume affect skin quality and facial contours.

Sculptra stimulates collagen production within the treated tissues. The product gradually breaks down while the changes associated with collagen development emerge over time.

Why Results Develop Gradually

Sculptra skin treatment is prepared with water before injection. This produces temporary fullness immediately after treatment, which settles as the fluid is absorbed.

That initial appearance is not the final result. Sculptra collagen stimulator develops progressively, so treatment planning allows time to assess your response before further product is placed.

Sculptra Side Effects and Risks

Sculptra is an injectable treatment and carries risks. Careful assessment, product preparation and placement reduce risk but do not eliminate it.

Expected Reactions: Common reactions include swelling, redness, bruising, tenderness, itching and temporary discomfort around injection sites.

Complications Requiring Assessment: Lumps, papules or nodules develop in some patients, including weeks or months after treatment. Other complications include infection, prolonged inflammation, allergic reactions and an unsatisfactory cosmetic result.

Accidental injection into a blood vessel is a rare but serious complication that can damage tissue and affect vision.

When to Contact the Clinic: Contact the clinic promptly for worsening pain, increasing redness or warmth, discharge, fever, or a persistent painful or inflamed lump.

Unusual skin whitening or discolouration and severe pain require urgent assessment. Sudden visual disturbance, signs of a stroke or a severe allergic reaction require emergency medical help. Call 999 and notify the clinic.

Can Sculptra Be Reversed?: Sculptra cannot be dissolved with hyaluronidase. Concerns after treatment require assessment and management according to their cause.

Can I Have Sculptra While I Am Still Losing Weight?
