Does Hyaluronidase dissolve all types of fillers?

Hyaluronidase only dissolves hyaluronic acid (HA) fillers. It does not dissolve permanent fillers, silicone, calcium hydroxylapatite (e.g. Radiesse®), poly-L-lactic acid (e.g. Sculptra®), or other non-hyaluronic acid filler products. These require different management approaches.
